I have a lot on my mind these days. I have been re-working my original herb packet write-ups to include a lot more studies and proof of their effectiveness in a variety of areas. I must say I have been humbled by these ‘simple’ herbs. So many of them around me I use but not nearly to capacity. I have been studying herbs for 20+ years and I still have so much to learn. Each passing day with every new thing I learn I find I really am just a speck on the larger imprint of life. These plants that our Creator put here hold so much medicine and nutrition and most of us just pass them by or for many, consider them weeds to be eradicated. I truly believe the Creator knew we would need the herbs that are here for these times. Recently I re-did one on Dill and was blown away by its medicinal values. It was found to protect the esophagus from acid reflux, be good for diabetes, fight several strains of bacteria, etc. DILL! It turns out to be a culinary cupboard kickboxing ninja! Who knew?

On another note, I have continued to create more bio-essences and getting feedback on the ones I currently have. Recently someone came in and said their significant other was sleeping better with less anxiety AND noticed a difference in their vision. (They had previously purchased the No Pressure and Up Close and Personal essences). Another person let me know that the Relief worked to help clear up the pain in their arm they had been experiencing for a few months when even massage wasn’t working for it. I feel validated in what I am doing and I know God is guiding my hands to find the things people really need to help them. I am grateful to be involved in people’s healing journeys and humbled that they would trust me enough to find what is best for them.

I was asked several months ago to be a presenter at a Holistic Wellness Weekend in Oldtown, Idaho in August this year. I am presenting on Rife/PEMF for health and Herbs for Nutrition and Healing. There will be other speakers, but the fact I was even invited was amazing. I have the opportunity to also sell some of the things I make there so I am trying to stock up on my capsules, tinctures, salves, creams and bio-essences. I have added several more bio-essences to the line including those for all the eye issues (astigmatism, floaters, cataracts, myopia, farsightedness, glaucoma, macular degeneration and general eye disorders as well as one for the third eye, also known as the pineal gland), one for adrenal support and one for MS. I am working on 6 different ones for Lyme, one for Lupus, one or two for the thyroid, one for melanoma and so forth so I have a lot in the works. Continue to check the shop for new additions. I am including some as bundles so they can be bought together with things that may enhance how they work. For instance, the adrenal support bio-essence can be purchased alone or in a bundle with Cortisol Calm, which is a Pure Encapsulations product. In any case, I am working out the details.

I would not be able to do this without you. You give me the desire to keep going and doing what I do with all the feedback you give me. It is wonderful to know that I am making a difference in lives, however big or small. 🙂 Thank you for believing in me. It makes all the difference! 🙂
